What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 6pm.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, all rooms have allocated car parking close to your room.

Do you have undercover parking?

No, we don't have undercover parking.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Whitsunday Sands Resort are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but there are 2 restaurants in walking distance from the Resort.

Do you have room service?

Yes, for dinner.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we have free wireless internet available.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

How close are you to the shops?

3 minutes by car to Woolworths Shopping Centre with Woolworths, Rockmans, Chemist, Hairdressers, bottle shop, sports shop, newsagent, café and a jewellers. Country Target and IGA are located a 5 min drive of the main street.

How close are you to restaurants?

The Chinese and Thai restaurant and Horseshoe Bay café is in walking distance from the Resort. We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Noodle Box, McDonalds, Subway, Red Rooster, Domino’s Pizza, Grand View Pub, Fish Bar. Breakfast packs are available to purchase at Reception. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Foxtel?

Yes, in all rooms.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure the room booking.
